No contract will exist between you (the user) and the company (or any related company of) regards a sale by it to you of any product until the company accepts your order by e-mail and confirms by telephone that it will dispatch your product. When the contract has been confirmed it will be deemed to be concluded in the UK. This contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the UK. Zuben Sustainable’s Ltd. will, to the fullest extent permitted at Law, not recognise or accept legal claims in other jurisdictions. If, and when the company does accept your order then the ‘Terms & Conditions of Sale’ apply to your order.
